Differentiated service delivery

The COVID-19 pandemic has demanded a shift to efficiency, fuelling an expansion of differentiated service delivery (DSD) for HIV treatment. The IAS has developed an e-learning course on DSD for health ministry staff, programme implementers, HIV advocates, civil society and others involved in the HIV response.

Participants will:

  1. Gain or refresh a well-rounded understanding of key concepts of DSD, its evolution, how it can be applied across the HIV care cascade, and how it can be leveraged for integration with other health services.
  2. Gain advanced DSD knowledge (based on evidence from implementation science studies).
  3. Network with peers and experts on context-specific DSD issues.
