The IAS Youth Hub invites you to participate in “Ask the experts: Young leaders showcase gender perspectives in the HIV response” taking place on Tuesday, 12 March, at 11:00-12:00 CET.
For International Women’s Day, the IAS Youth Hub brings together four inspiring young women to answer your questions and showcase the valuable work women do in the HIV response.
Confirmed speakers include:
- Alícia Krüger, Ministry of Health, Brazil
- Keren Dunaway, ICW Global, Argentina
- Kiho Tanaka, The Peter Doherty Institute for Infection and Immunity, Australia
This event will:
- Offer participants insights into the intersections of HIV and gender, aiming to discuss specific challenges related to women in all their diversities who are living with and affected by HIV.
- Provide participants tips, strategies and creative solutions to overcome gender specific challenges.
- Give participants space to ask questions and seek advice from experts.
