IAS – the International AIDS Society – in partnership with Nai Zindagi and Aga Khan University, is organizing a scientific symposium, titled “HIV science and community: Progress and challenges in Pakistan”, in Ramada hotel, in Islamabad on 2-3 May 2024. This symposium is a national meeting following IAS 2023, the 12th IAS Conference on HIV Science, to provide access to and discuss the latest scientific evidence in the local context.

Speakers and participants will discuss:

  • The current Pakistani context in the HIV response
  • HIV prevention
  • Latest treatment access and roll out
  • Co-infections
  • Harm reduction

This symposium will be held in English.
