To disseminate best practices in the paediatric HIV response across the African continent, the Ministry of Health of Uganda, in collaboration with the Collaborative Initiative for Paediatric HIV Education and Research (CIPHER) of IAS – the International AIDS Society – is holding the second edition of the International Paediatric HIV Symposium in Africa (IPHASA 2023) virtually on 12-14 December.
