The IAS Heart of Stigma programme is organizing a webinar, titled “From data to action: How communities are using evidence-based advocacy to reduce HIV-related stigma and discrimination”. This webinar aims to personalize data through human stories, illustrating what research findings on stigma and discrimination mean in the real world for people living with HIV. The webinar is the first of a series, titled “Shifting mindsets: A webinar series on stigma”, and takes place on Thursday, 20 June, 11:00-12:00 (CEST).
The panellists will focus on strategies and best practices for advocating for interventions to eliminate HIV-related stigma and discrimination. The webinar will also highlight successful advocacy campaigns and provide practical guidance on developing effective advocacy strategies.
