What inspires you to work in the HIV field?

The girls themselves are my inspiration and my reason to keep going. I began this work for the 16 year old who was struggling to accept her diagnosis, and today, it is for the youngest girls who do not yet understand what is happening. Their courage and hope remind me why I cannot stop and why I must continue until life truly does get better for them.

What are your goals as an IAS change maker?

My goal as an IAS change maker is to champion innovative solutions within the HIV response. I want to hold systems accountable, refusing to accept those that fail us, and advocate for ones that truly serve young people and communities living with HIV.
