There is just one day to go until the start of IAS 2025, the 13th IAS Conference on HIV Science, the world’s most influential meeting on HIV research and its applications! 

IAS 2025 includes more than 100 sessions – from plenaries and invited-speaker symposia to oral abstract sessions, pre-conferences and satellites – and over 1,400 posters, as well as an exhibition hall featuring organizations leading HIV research.

The programme

The IAS 2025 programme is your primary resource for all conference sessions and activities. You can search for specific content, such as a session title, presentation title, moderator, speaker, poster number or speaker affiliation.

The opening session

The IAS 2025 opening session takes place at 17:00 CAT on Monday, 14 July.
 

Access the virtual platform & check your registration status

You can access the IAS 2025 virtual platform through your conference account, which is linked to the email address you used to register for IAS 2025.

Please check your conference account now to ensure that your registration status is shown as “Registration confirmed”. Without your registration confirmed, you will not be able to gain entry to IAS 2025. We also encourage you to access and make yourself familiar with the IAS 2025 virtual platform before the official start of the conference.
 


Tips for the best IAS 2025 virtual experience

Use a different browser: If you are experiencing loading issues, try using a different browser. We recommend that both Windows and Mac users use the most recent version of Google Chrome or Firefox.

Refresh your screen: During the conference, if you see a blank white screen or just a blank screen when trying to view a session, then hit the “Refresh” button, located in the top-left of your browser. If this does not work, we recommend that you clear your browser’s cache.

Zoom out: For the best virtual experience, please ensure that you zoom out on your web browser to see the full screen.
