Michelle Rodolph is a technical officer with the HIV testing, prevention and populations team of the Global HIV, Hepatitis and STI Programmes at WHO, based in Geneva, Switzerland. She has more than 20 years of experience working on HIV programmes and policy globally and in a range of clinical and community settings. She leads the antiretroviral-based HIV prevention work for WHO, including the development of policy and guidance on PrEP, PEP and future prevention products. She also focuses on the integration of HIV prevention in family planning programmes and approaches to improve the coverage, impact and acceptability of HIV and sexual and reproductive health services for adolescent girls and young women in East and southern Africa. Before joining WHO, she spent almost 10 years living in China, Thailand and Vietnam working on harm reduction and HIV prevention programmes for key populations in the Asia-Pacific region.
