Andriy Klepikov is the Executive Director of the Alliance for Public Health, one of the largest HIV- and TB-focused NGOs in Ukraine and the eastern Europe and central Asia (EECA) region. Andriy supervises the Alliance’s regional portfolio, which includes over 20 countries in EECA and central Europe. He heads one of the largest harm reduction programmes globally with field-level NGOs, reaching over 200,000 people who inject drugs annually with its services. Since the outbreak of hostilities in Ukraine, Andriy has organized large-scale humanitarian efforts across the country. Andriy has been on the IAS Governing Council representing Europe since 2018.
